Based on the findings from the user interviews, the major problems related to HIV are the lack of information, in certain cases the lack of accessibility to doctor appointments or medicaments, prejudice, and the emotional burden especially for people recently diagnosed.
Our users need a way to be informed about and manage their HIV condition safely and easily, and in certain cases anonymously. Because there is too much stigma and lack of information. We will know this to be true when users will share experiences and will manage their medical records on our app
